The Challenge
A vending operator was managing a growing network of fresh juice machines across Ireland with no centralized visibility. They relied on manual checks to know which machines needed restocking, planned service routes by guesswork, and only discovered problems (empty machines, offline units, overdue maintenance) after they'd already lost sales.
Our Solution
We built Juzee as a centralized operations platform that gives the operator full control over their machine network. A live dashboard shows every machine's status and stock levels at a glance. The system predicts when machines will run out and automatically plans the most efficient service routes. Smart alerts flag issues early so technicians fix problems before customers notice them.
